Dom Development is the leading developer on the Warsaw real estate market and one of the largest and long-standing developers on the Polish market.
Dom Development caters to retail customers. Its offer includes multi-family developments (popular flats, high-standard and luxury apartments) and single family houses (detached, semi-detached and terraced houses), although popular flats and high-standard apartments are the core of Dom Development's offer.
The projects which have been completed by the company include, inter alia, such housing developments as Marina Mokotów, Akacje, Derby, Kasztanowa Aleja, Olimpia, Jeżewskiego, Bartycka, Fort Bema, Bemowo, Olbrachta, Zawiszy, apartments: Grzybowska, Opera, Morskie Oko, Patria, Bruna, Gdański and developments with single family housing such as Białopole and Wille Laguna. Until today the Company has delivered above 15,000 of flats and houses for use.
Among the projects completed by the Company there are, inter alia, housing developments.
At present, Dom Development is in the process of constructing nineteen different investment projects: Osiedle Saska (stage II – three phases), Adria (stage II), Klasyków (stage III), Derby 14 (stage I and II), Miasteczko Regaty (stage V and VI), Opera B, Przy Ratuszu, Wilno (stage I – two phases, stage II – one phase, stage III, stage IV), Akropol and Oaza in Wrocław (stage I and II); a total of 3,184 flats.
